Senior & Specialist Worker

As a Senior & Specialist Worker, this will allow you to come and work at your employer’s UK branch.

To apply for this immigration program, you would need to meet the following requirements:

1. You can apply for this visa in and outside of the UK – if applying from the UK, you must meet the switching requirements.
2. Must be an existing employee of an organisation that holds a sponsor licence in the UK.
3. Your employer would need to issue a CoS – confirming that your role is on the eligible list of occupations as set out in the Home Office website.
4. The salary threshold must be met. 
5. Once granted, you can be granted between 5 years to 9 years. This would depend on your previous immigration grant as well as the salary being paid.

Evidence to support the application

As part of the application – your employer will issue the Certificate of Sponsorship, and you would need to meet the financial requirements as part of the application. The application must be lodged online and appropriate visa costs paid.

When applying under this route, you must demonstrate through specified evidence to confirm you have worked for the employer prior to the date of application. This can include payslips, employment contracts and bank statements.

Residency and Citizenship
